Understanding security needs and the limitations of your security systems are crucial to building a strategized cloud security plan.
CISOs must optimize their cloud security strategies in order to answer the following key questions:
- What does your company do (your product/service)?
- What does your cloud environment look like (multicloud, usage of VMs and serverless, etc.)?
- What are the most relevant security threats facing organizations using the cloud, and how do they apply to your specific company and team?
This guide explores how to strategize a cloud security plan that includes finance/procurement, integrators/managed providers, point products, auditors/ assessors, and more.
